Our cream comes from US inspected and organically cow fed farms. Converting to organic farming takes time, but is the future. How does it work? Organic cows eat an all-organic, non-GMO diet, and are not treated with growth hormones or antibiotics. This ensures, and promotes, only the most flavorful and sustainable products. The rum itself is handcraft and made in small batches. This give is the attention it deserves. After the rum is made, it goes into a barrel for a time, and this helps it gain its true rum charter. After the aging is complete, the rum is inspected and tasted tested, before it ever makes it way to mixing with our cream.
